Routes:
There are three routes available:
1) main route, which is about 13 km long (8 miles) and crosses 56 bridges (start and arrival at Piazza S. Marco);
2) shorter route for school parties only, which is about 7 km long (4,3 miles) and crosses 30 bridges (start at the Railway station, arrival at Piazza S. Marco).

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

Registrations will be possible as long as there are tickets available.
On the morning of the 15 April, you can still enroll at Su e Zo ticket booths (Tronchetto parking, Railway Station, St. Mark’s Square) if there are tickets left.

Actv ticket
Actv waterbus return ticket: additional € 2,50 (special fare valid for the day of the event only, to be purchased at Su e Zo ticket booths – Tronchetto parking, Railway Station, St. Mark’s Square).

Charity programme
Any profit from the income of the walk will be assigned to charity.

Since July 2011 the principal conductor of Teatro La Fenice, the twenty-seven-year old Venezuelan conductor will conduct the ninth edition of La Fenice’s New Year’s Concert, with four dates this year instead of three: Thursday 29 and Friday 30 December 2011 at 20.00, Saturday 31 December at 16.00 and, broadcast live by Rai Uno, on Sunday 1 January 2012 at 11.15.

Cruise in Venice – New Year on the Lagoon

“Disco” New Year’s Eve at “Molo Cinque”

Molo Cinque is one of the few Disco Clubs in Venice. It’s actually right outside Venice, in Mestre (10 minutes by bus from Piazzale Roma). For New Year’s Eve they are organizing a Budget Dinner followed
by DJs and Music. Except to find mostly locals as their event description is not even translated in English.. it might be a unique experience nonetheless!
